Shipping & Handling

On this page, we’d like to give you some insight into our shipment process and answer some of the most frequently asked questions. If you haven’t found an answer to your question, do not hesitate to contact us.

We currently ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. 

If you do not live in one of the countries we ship to, we recommended ordering and delivering in either Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg or France and then using an independent parcel forwarding service. There are various companies that offer this service. Of course, this is completely your own initiative and Manou Antwerp can not be held responsible for the journey of your package beyond delivery in one of the aforementioned countries. Please make sure to map out your entire shipping destination before ordering, as we can not recall or track your package once it is sent out to a third party forwarding service.

We work with the Bpost courier company since it has the largest network in Belgium, where we are based. We also use Bpost for deliveries outside of Belgium, since it is Belgium’s national postal service that easily connects with those of our neighbouring countries.

We always make sure to carefully pack and ship your order. However, things can go wrong once your parcel leaves our care at a distribution center for instance. If there’s something wrong with your Manou Antwerp package, please do not hesitate to send us an email at We will get back to you as soon as possible and come up with a solution.

Estimated delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order. Please note that these are estimates and we depend on the courier just as much as you do.

If your order has not reached you within the estimated time frame, please track your order. You can do so using your tracking code on or by contacting your national postal service if you live outside of Belgium. If your package is missing or if you have any other questions, please reach out to use via email at

• We currently offer the following payment options: Bancontact, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. Apple Pay is coming soon. Other methods of payment are currently not available. We may expand them in the future.

• Manou Antwerp is also bound to the services of Bpost, Belgians national postal service. Please be aware of this as we are also trying to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but things can still be delayed from time to time.

• Bpost doesn’t always deliver locally on Saturday and is known not to deliver on Sundays and holidays.

• If you have not received your delivery within the number of days estimated for your parcel, please track your order yourself before contacting us. You can do so using your tracking code on or by contacting your national postal service if you live outside of Belgium. These trackers have the same information that is available to us.

• Please make sure to update your delivery preferences to the courier. For Belgium and Bpost you can click here to update your preferences and ensure safe delivery in case you are not home upon delivery. For delivery preferences outside of Belgium, we recommend contacting your national postal service.

• There is currently no VAT-free option at online checkout. If there’s an exception to be made please email us at

• Manou Antwerp always makes sure to carefully prepare, wrap and package your order.

• For our heavier items, such as home decor items, we always make sure to use high quality bubble wrap and/or other protective measures to ensure your order safely arrives. We may use a “fragile” sticker on your package to clarify it needs to be handled with care by the courier. We are dedicated to safely shipping your parcel.

• If somehow your order does get damaged along the way, we recommend contacting us immediately via email at We will do everything within our power to come up with a solution. However, we can’t always guarantee a solution you’ll be completely satisfied with as some of our products are one-offs and limited edition.

• Please note that replacing or refunding damaged items by the courier isn’t always possible or may be delayed sometimes. We file a complaint with the courier whenever your items get damaged by them and this may cause a delay on things. In very rare cases, if the courier can prove the damage wasn’t done by either them or us, the seller, refunds or replacements may not be possible. The damage is then proven to be caused by either you or a third party such as neighbor who took your package in their care. Therefore neither the courier or Manou Antwerp is to be held responsible for the damage. Again, this rarely happens. However, as a precaution, we are letting you know.
