WHERE DOES MANOU ANTWERP SHIP TO?
We currently ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
If you do not live in one of the countries we ship to, we recommended ordering and delivering in either Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg or France and then using an independent parcel forwarding service. There are various companies that offer this service. Of course, this is completely your own initiative and Manou Antwerp can not be held responsible for the journey of your package beyond delivery in one of the aforementioned countries. Please make sure to map out your entire shipping destination before ordering, as we can not recall or track your package once it is sent out to a third party forwarding service.
 

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DOES MANOU ANTWERP USE?
We work with the Bpost courier company since it has the largest network in Belgium, where we are based. We also use Bpost for deliveries outside of Belgium, since it is Belgium’s national postal service that easily connects with those of our neighbouring countries.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD DELIVERY PROCESS?
Estimated delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order. Please note that these are estimates and we depend on the courier just as much as you do.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Once you have selected the item(s) of your choice on our webshop, click the ‘Add’ button. When you have finished adding items to your online shopping cart, select your prefered delivery options and a payment method. After your payment has been accepted, you will get a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will get another update via email.
 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A COMPANY OR GET AN INVOICE?
You can. If you need a quote or a more detailed invoice, you can reach us at manou@manouantwerp.com.

ARE MY PAYMENTS SECURE?
They absolutely are. We work with Shopify and Mollie to ensure all of your payments are safe. Mollie is used by some of the biggest companies in Belgium and The Netherlands and is a renowned and trusted online payment platform and processor. Manou Antwerp has no access to your confidential payment details, nor do we store such information.


WHAT IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED?
If a payment you tried to make on our webshop has been refused, it has probably been declined by your bank. This could be due to a number of reasons. We suggest trying again or selecting a different payment method. If the problem keeps persisting, we recommend contacting your bank. Your order has not been confirmed or shipped if you haven’t received an order confirmation from us. For other problems during the orderring process, please reach out to us at manou@manouantwerp.com.
